19th Annual Save The Frogs Day To Be Celebrated Worldwide April 28, 2027
The world’s oldest annually observed amphibian conservation event enters its nineteenth year — with over 2,000 educational events held across 60+ countries since 2009.
Since 2009, Save The Frogs Day has grown from a single founding observance into the world’s largest day of amphibian education and conservation action — and the world’s oldest annually observed amphibian conservation event.
Over 2,000 educational events have been held across more than 60 countries since the Day’s inception. These events have helped educate tens of thousands of people about the importance of frogs.
Nature walks, habitat restorations, school presentations, art exhibits, parades and 5K races: the Day belongs to anyone, anywhere, willing to speak up for amphibians. Organizers register their events with SAVE THE FROGS!, founded in 2008 by Dr. Kerry Kriger, and dispatches return from every continent where frogs sing.
The 19th Annual Save The Frogs Day will be celebrated worldwide on Wednesday, April 28th, 2027.
